About Me

I'm a NARM-informed coach working with adults recovering from narcissistic abuse, family scapegoating, CPTSD, and relational trauma. The reader who finds my work usually already understands what happened, but still lives as if they have to fix themselves to be safe.

The movement in all of us is toward connection, health, and aliveness. The work is to stop standing in its way.
