As a Trauma Informed Coach, I help people with CPTSD and narcissistic abuse / family scapegoating trauma put the past behind them and create lives they love to live. I also help people simply get out of their own way and realize their intentions.

Living in survival states is no fun and a waste of life when it is not necessary. CPTSD can now be effectively and permanently healed with the right support.
